ABOUT
We believe in compounding.
Our operation is focused on compounding in three main areas:
Capital: We seek opportunities where we believe we can create substantial economic value through our insights, management, and execution.
Capacity: We aim to be constantly growing our talents, relationships, and team as they will be the engine for future growth.
Character: We strive to do things the right way, which is not often the fastest or cheapest. We hold our relationships with clients, investors, employees, and vendors in high regard as stakeholders of our future.
Track Record
We have active projects in five states in the southeast. We self-manage the majority of our properties, handling leasing, capital projects, and staffing in-house. We are used to climbing on roofs, shaking hands with our tenants, and solving problems directly.
That proximity has propelled us toward strong results. Our assets under management have grown to over $150 million. Our retail assets, acquired at exceptionally low bases, are generating roughly 100% of invested equity in annual cash flow. In self storage, we have averaged double digit same store revenue growth for almost a decade.
But tomorrow will not be like yesterday. Markets and opportunities are ever-shifting and we are constantly struggling to allocate tomorrow's resources in the best possible way.
